investors could still add to their

That said, an
investor buying and holding would see spreads as attractive
here.

here: while equity REITs are solid «
buy and hold» investments for
investors who want exposure to real, income - producing assets, mortgage REITs most assuredly are not.

here is that the academic research has been showing for 30 years now that the odds of

Hold working for the long - term
investor are precisely zero.
The disciplined

hold investors would have pretty much tracked the fund return over the different time frames (I'm simplifying a bit
here) but among the performance chasers there would have been
investors who did better than the fund returns
and investors who also earned far less.
In contrast to the majority
here I feel that AAPL is not interesting for a «
buy and hold dividend orientated
investor».
Here's one on how
investors in the S&P 500 ETF [SPY], trail
buy -
and -
hold returns by 7 % / year.
That said, this relative strength is not a reason to
buy for short - term gains just yet, but when the trend finally changes, EOS could be among the leaders of the upswing,
and long - term
investors could add to their
holdings here.
Michigan is great for
holds and because of that many out of state
investors are coming
here to
buy holds.
