buying a big tub of protein for one recipe.
I buy the big tub of wafers and they are small disks and so easy to work with!
So if you want to give it a shot, don't
buy the biggest tub you can find to get the better cost per serving.
We bought a big tub of wood floor adhesive, which I didn't even know existed, and that did most of the holding down of the wood for us.

A tech free week sounds great — though I think I would give the hummus break a miss — we have started to
buy it in
bigger tubs as we go through it so much.
