breakfast bars, and most
cereals.
For
breakfast, I have a fruit — typically a slice of Papaya or 2 plantains (small banana) or a banana or grapefruit followed by a mix made of one organic raw egg, two tablespoons of store -
bought muesli
cereal to which I have added more nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts etc.) and dried fruits (raisins, sultanas, currents, prunes, cranberry, goji etc.) a tablespoon of Mercola «Pro-Optimal Whey» for chocolate flavor, a teaspoon each of powdered Guarana.
Unfortunately some store -
bought granolas may not be much better than
breakfast cereals.
When you think about it, there is really no
breakfast on the go unless you open a box of store -
bought cereal or stop at a drive - in window.
The resort is smallish 4 story 4 blocks enclosing the pool area with palms and large gum trees a bar and casual dining was

The people that complain about the
breakfast being just
cereal, biscuits, toast, jam, tea and milk are very welcome to get downstairs and
BUY a
breakfast the way the want.
