and seeing as it only required a little
almond butter, I made my own.
i used
almonds and coconut flakes instead of pecans
and goji berries
and it tastes amazing definitely prefer this chocolate over store -
bought ones!

and separated into 1/2 tsp amounts 1/2 c canned
coconut milk, whipped 1 tbsp caramel (you can use store -
bought or try making this paleo caramel sauce which is amazing) Chocolate shavings
Generally I

coconut flour
and Sun Valley
almond meal, if they happen to be on sale.
Coconut flour is a pretty economical low - carb flour to
buy and to use because you only use 1/4 of the volume of
almond flour.
This recipe is the perfect excuse to use the
almond -
coconut milk
and steel cut oats I have (I can't remember now why I
bought the
almond -
coconut milk...) Thanks for broadening my oatmeal horizons.

I found that when I added 2tbsp of
coconut oil it made it so silky
and moisturizing I also used Dr. Bronner's Lavender in the bathroom
and the
Almond in the kitchen we use Eucalyptus in the shower
and the kids use the Pepermint I've always used Dr. Bronner's since I was little we
buy the Pepermint by the gal.
So I didn't read the instructions
and bought almond meal instead... so I followed the rest of the recipe
and used

and chopped a few squares of 72 % chocolate bar instead of chocolate chips.
