buy organic dairy products, pounltry and meat and whenver possible buy fruit and vegetables at farmers markets.
Stash It: To avoid unnecessary hormones, antibiotics, and pesticides in dairy, it's best to

Also — while I don't push buying organic and grass - fed meat because I know the price is not accessible to everyone, I HIGHLY recommend
buying organic dairy products.
