buy pbooks (paper books) are more likely to buy literary (or literary women's) fiction and children's books.
As for me, I haven't
bought a pbook in ages, and I'm so glad to find your books in the kindle store.

buy the pBook from manning.com, you can still get the free eBook in all available formats by setting up a Manning account, and registering your copy.
Instead, they'll
buy the pbook and pirate the ebook, or buy the ebook and find a very cheap used copy of the pbook.
No matter where
you buy the pBook — whether from the Manning website, another online store, or in a brick - and - mortar bookstore — you can now get the eBook at no extra charge.
Those that are eBook readers are not about to
buy the pBook just because the eBook is not yet available.

I've even
bought both p - and e-books for myself for travel for example, where a travel
pbook is somehow easier to scan through, but sometimes I want to go out for the day with a light load.
Why
buy digital manga that release weeks after the
pbook versions and for almost the same price?
Since we (authors, publishers) get income from purchases by readers of
pBooks and / or eBooks, trying to force
pBook sales is not making it easy for eBook readers to
buy the book.
