I don't know if it's just me, but I always detect a weird bitter taste with store -
bought roasted red peppers.

roasted red peppers in oil.
It shouldn't take you long and if you are really in a hurry
buy some premade hummus and tzatziki sauce at the store (typically you can find this in the deli area) and a jar of
roasted red bell
peppers and this will be on your plate and in your belly in no time.
It's perfect in this quiche with the smoked cheddar and
roasted red pepper (which I
roasted myself, but you can totally
buy a jar).
The Bruschetta toppings included a tomato and basil mix,
roasted red peppers and store
bought olive tapenade (another great Costco find!).
For this Mediterranean - inspired
