buy sprouted oats that are both gluten free and organic as well as taste amazing!

I
bought the
oats in bulk at
sprouts, I used fresh spinach also from
sprouts, I made my cashew milk and I used frozen tropical mango chunks...
Furthermore, it is almost impossible to
buy raw
oats anywhere as 99 % are heat treated before sale to prevent accidental
sprouting, in which case soaking them is not very helpful anyway.
The only way
oats can be safely consumed is to
buy certified gluten - free RAW
oats, then
sprout them yourself, low - temp dehydrate them, then roll or crack them, then ferment, then cook.
Some things to note: I
buy bulk ingredients (
oats, nuts, beans, rice, dried fruit, etc.) from Natural Grocers, Safeway,
Sprouts, King Soopers, or Whole Paycheck Foods.
