If we start this
season with those two in our starting 11 it will be a clear sign from this organization that nothing has changed and that we will never get it right until both Kroenke and Wenger are gone... neither one
of these players should still be with our club at this point because they represent the settling half - measures that have plagued this team for a number
of years... this is what I call the «no man's land»
of the soccer world, where teams don't have enough talented young players, unlike a Monaco or Dortmund, because they have lost the plot from an organizational standpoint... they are so reliant on one individual to run the whole operation that their once relevant scouting department has become so antiquated that it can no longer find those hidden gems it once had... furthermore, when you leave all decision - making to a manager who despises any dissenting opinions, your management team becomes little more than a stagnant group
of «yes men» and no new ideas emerge... so instead
of developing a team with the qualities necessary to excel in a particular system, you continually make half - brain purchases
year after
year to stifle dissent from the ticket -
buying public, then try desperately to finagle together a lineup regardless
of what would make positional sense... have you ever heard
of a team who plays players out
of position so often...
of course not because that manager would likely be fired and never work for a team
of any consequence ever again

Correction The initial fee paid for Di Maria was 25 million Euros, Which at that time when the value
of the Euro was half
of the pound (I know this because i was in Portugal, when this news broke) equates to around 12.5 Million, Plus a further 11 Million Euros # 6.5 Million If he won a title in his first
season which they did, So all in all 19 Million pounds (Wow what a tremendous amount
of money to spend, Jesus Andy Caroll cost more than him in the same god damn
season)... Falcao's had a release clause
of 45 Million, One which they paid money to him and his agent in order to instill in his contract, This is a sour note for most Porto fans because, he jumped ship having signed a 5

season i fear for worst to come next
season (just had a deja vu i say the same thing every
season around this time) City already are talking spending 600 Million in the next two to three
years on new players and you can bet Man - U will follow to try and close the gap, Liverpool can sell one player and
buy an entire squad, Chelsea owner Abromovich has started to make noise's about next
season so they will be spending, spuds will try to keep their existing players with one or two additions to strengthen and some salary rises to keep the elite, and Arsenal will go head to head with the likes
of Burnley Everton Leicester for average players signature, and the board will make sure even if they replace AW they will replace him with AW No2 who will do what the board decides on who and how much to spend
On Loan * Akpom (depends on our striker
buy) * Crowley (he needs to step up and fulfill his potential) * Zelalem (had hot and cold
season with Glasgow, would be great if he can be loaned out another
year) * Maintland - Niles (hot and cold too, plus we are packed on the right) * Bielik (lets see what he is made
of) * Glen Kamara (Midfielder that is 21, it is a loan or he will be sold) * Stefan O'Connor * Mavididi (goes on loan so Malen can play first role in U21)

of the likes
of Lukaku and Morata are just hot air we wont be
buying anyone new Wenger already stated at the end
of last
season that OG will lead the line and the transfer window would be quiet for AFC why is it after all these
years people still think he's playing mind games with the opposition?
Mertz should never have been our captain in the first place... who has ever heard
of a team that makes 11th hour transfer
buys (Arteta & Mertz) then seemingly places those same individuals into prominent leadership positions from the get - go... indicative
of the problems that have permeated our clubhouse for the better part
of 7
years under the Kroenke & Wenger... what is wrong with the players chosen and / or the management style
of Wenger that doesn't develop and / or encourage strong leadership from within... Mertz was the fine collecting lackey from
year one... this is what happens when you don't get world - class players because many times they want to have a voice on and off the pitch and this can't happen when you play for a fragile manager who has developed a coddling wage structure where everyone is rewarded for simply wearing the shirt and participating in the process... not enough balance between performance and pay, combined with the obvious favoritism shown to some players regardless
of their glaring lack
of production... remember that Ramsey has played in positions that make no sense considering his skill - set (out wide) and has forced other players off the field or into equally unfamiliar positions with little or no justification (let's remember when you read articles about how Ramsey's goals this upcoming
season being the potential X-factor for our success that this is the same individual who didn't score a goal until the final week last
season)... this
of course is just one example
of many... before I hear another word from Mertz I want this club to address the fact that no former player
of any real consequence has any important role in the management structure
of this club, yet several former Gunners have expressed serious interest in just such an endeavor (Henry, Viera, Adams, Bergkamp... just to name a few legends)... there is only one answer: an extremely insecure manager!!!
I hear every pundit saying we need a spine in or team GK CB CM ST, I disagree i think we have kos as or main centreback who is as good as any in the league, we have coq who has been a revelation this
season and has helped the balance
of the team hugely although he has not played many games all he can do is improve, I do feel if cech is available
buy him the man has
years of experience.

of the
season.
Wenger needs to
buy world class in January I don't mean Andre santos or Kim kallstrom a 20mill + cdm and cb would do fit the bill and some new fitness staff because ours have been on holiday for the past couple
years every other team seems to have there full starting 11 on the pitch at least once in a
season we are lucky if we get 7
of our starting 11 if we're lucky
However, if the FO believes that Bobby Wood could contribute well enough to fill our hole at forward, it could make sense to acquire him as a DP for only this
year (because
of the transfer fee) which would leave potentially two open DP spots (assuming Dempsey retires and Ozzie either moves or is still able to be
bought down) next
season to fill in other positions
of need.
do u remember alotta people here laughing about matic
buy... even though he was player
of the
year in that league past
season, not so funny now is it?
In other news, our team seems to be rounding nicely into form, with a productive off -
season and several new additions already settling in, there seems to be a renewed sense
of confidence in the air... our well - oiled machine has conducted business again early this
year, so we can just sit back, kick our feet up and watch all those other suckers scramble to make panic moves in the 11th hour...
of course, we need to tie up a few loose ends but our team
of savvy negotiators, under the tutelage
of our faithful leader, will perform their usual magic with ample time to spare... I have to laugh when I look around the soccer world and see all those teams look upon us with envy and scorn as they struggle to mimic our seemingly infallible business model... thank goodness the powers that be had the foresight and fortitude to resist the temptations
of the modern football era... instead
of listening to all the experts and simply taking the easy way out by making the necessary improvements on the field and in the front office, we chose the path never traveled... we are truly pioneers in our field... sometimes you just have to have faith in the people that have always conducted themselves in a respectful and honest fashion... most fans aren't so fortunate, they will never know what it's like to follow a team that treats everyone in and around the club as if they were an extended member
of the family... all for one I say... so when you wake up this morning, please try not to gloat when you see rival fans pacing back and forth waiting for their respective teams to pull the usual panic
buys, just say nothing and be thankful that it isn't you... like I've always said, this is why you stay the course... this is when the real benefits
of having someone in charge for over 2 decades really pays off... have a great day fellow Gunners
We are now in the position to push onand spend some proper money on players that are needed, real quality, not just purchases to see us through the CL this

I would like you to state all the achievements
of klopp in the last 15 to 18
years and what you believe he would achieve with dotmund in the next 5
years (thats if he is not replaced) with bayern
buying and poaching powers.every1 agree that wengers time is up and that he should leave at the end
of the
season but what amuses me is your constant rant against any1 that fails to go by your line
of reasoning.
