One note about the
blueberries I use: I always
buy Wyman's frozen
wild blueberries from Maine.
I had the luck to
buy a lot of
wild blueberries after they were picked on the mountain, and we froze them so we can enjoy their delicious flavor all the months after.
One tip:
Wild blueberries tend to do better in taste tests than the larger cultivated kind, so
buy them when they're available!

Frozen pineapple, tropical fruit (mango / papaya, pineapple / strawberries), organic berries (all kinds / mixes),
wild blueberries, frozen cherries, and frozen mango are my favorite frozen fruits to
buy at Costco.
The only frozen fruit I worry about
buying organic are berries (except
wild blueberries) since they're known for being high in pesticides in conventional form.
I
buy mini frozen
blueberries (often labeled «
wild», I get mine at Trader Joe's) but you can use regular size frozen or fresh.
