people peel back the layers of autoimmunity, some of them will be able to reverse their condition just
by getting off gluten or eating a clean diet like the
Paleo diet or the Autoimmune
Paleo diet.
So many
people are finding that they have sensitivities to wheat and / or gluten these days, or they just find improved digestion
by eliminating it (as is the case for

By this point in time, many
people (and hopefully all of us
Paleo folks), know that the bacteria (known as «flora») in our small intestine (known as the «gut») is vitally important for health, longevity, immunity and even for maintaining a healthy weight.
Davis also seems to assume that the
Paleo style of eating is a good way, which I dare to question, as I don't believe in eating meat, and I think that many
people will replace the wheat / carbs
by eating lots of meat and other foods that I personally don't see as «healthy».
my recomendation for the
person truely looking to improve thier overall health would be to skip the dietary cure, purchase the
paleo diet and follow it, and purchase The Acne Cure

people talk about the other things you may experience
by cutting carbs.

I think a lot of
people get confused
by the fact that the
Paleo and Crossfit communities are so closely involved with each other and assume you will get a Crossfit type physique from eating
Paleo.
And one of my worries was that
people would think I was weird or that my wishes wouldn't be respected
by those who were not on board with the
Paleo way of eating.
