portion it out and I did less than 1/4 c and needed to use even less — it kinda exploded over the top of one of the muffin pans — I made a double recipe — but it still turned out fine, all were gone
by the end of brunch to the oohs and aahs of the guests.
Drop

The biggest limit with any carb - containing food will be your
portion size, and
by that we mean smaller
portions: 1/4 of a
cup of cooked brown rice or sweet potato contains around 12.5 grams of carbohydrates.
Keep your
portion sizes in check
by sticking to 3/4 -1
cup (cooked) per meal.
By month's end the goal is to eat three to four 80 - calorie
portions of whole grains daily — 1/2
cup serving of rice, 1/2 small baked potato, 1/2
cup cooked pasta.
Portions are controlled
by eating off 7 and 9 - inch plates and from 2 -
cup bowls, covering percentages of the plate with protein foods, grains, fruits, and vegetables.
All told, the number of analog buttons in the cabin has decreased
by at least half, and that
portion of the console is now shorter than before making the
cup holders easier to reach.
Looking at the chart, divide the total
cups per day
by 2 to 3 meals per day to determine the
portion size for each meal.
