by coarsely
dicing the ripe
avocados with a table knife, as opposed to the incessant mashing that is all too often done when preparing this dish here in the states.
Our pasta dish can be as simple as the one presented here, or modified
by adding
diced avocado, chopped red onion, sliced black olives and chopped roasted peppers.
