assignment employee of a temporary help agency on the day this section comes into force, the agency shall, as soon as possible after that day, provide the information required
by subsection (1), in writing, to the
employee.

by a temporary help agency to perform work for a client of the agency, the
assignment begins on the first day on which the
assignment employee performs work under the
assignment and ends at the end of the term of the
assignment or when the
assignment is ended

by subsection (3) and, where applicable,

employee has begun to perform the work, the agency may charge a fee to the client in the event that the client enters into an employment relationship with the
employee, but only during the six - month period beginning on the day on which the
