An individual applying for licensure by examination who has satisfied the clinical experience requirements of s. 491.005 or an individual applying for licensure
by endorsement pursuant to s. 491.006 intending to provide clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling services in Florida while satisfying coursework or examination requirements for licensure must be provisionally licensed in the profession for which he or she is seeking licensure prior to beginning practice.

If an applicant submits an application for a license
by endorsement pursuant to NRS 641A.242, the Board shall collect not more than one - half of the fee set forth in subsection 1 for the initial issuance of the license.
At any time before making a final decision on an application for a license
by endorsement pursuant to this section, the Board may grant a provisional license authorizing an applicant to practice as a marriage and family therapist or clinical professional counselor, as applicable, in accordance with regulations adopted by the Board.

Where a student successfully completes the requirements for a technical
endorsement to a diploma as part of an approved career and technical education program offered
by a board of cooperative educational services
pursuant to section 100.5 (d)(6)(v) of this Part, a board of education shall affix such
endorsement to the diploma awarded to such student.

by the Iowa Department of Public Instruction,

Not later than 15 business days after receiving an application for a license
