Joel — You should assume that your soul needs to be saved because you are in essence turning your back on the God that created you by saying — I don't believe in you and I don't need you — So when you die and you no longer have the amazing grace of God that keeps us all alive here on earth and provides for all of your needs (whether you acknowledge Him or not).
