This recipe will work with
granulated sweetener too - I'd use slightly less or go
by the weight.
My one question is we don't use
granulated sugar of any kind do you think that
by using 1/3 c of agava syrup or 1/2 cup pure raw honey would need any changes to the recipe as these are the only
sweeteners that are in my home.
Make it extra skinny
by trading
granulated sugar for a natural
sweetener, like honey or Stevia.
Hi Mark, that recipe was actually not my own (created
by our talented contributor Naomi - Low - Carb Lemon Meringue Parfaits) Meringues do work with
granulated sweetener too but I prefer using powdered erythritol.
