Here is a round up of tips that were very helpful to us in preparing for our move, on a few key aspects such as finding a house and packing up to move (and things we learned to not do again
by making mistakes along the way, ha!).

Doctrine are those human lessons we've learned over time trying to live under Dogma, and are usually about the
mistakes made along the
way (doctrine only develops
by human actions that caused additional suffering that didn't need to happen - doctrine is about teaching you NOT to do those things).
Up front we have a few world - class players surrounded
by some serious pretenders... Sanchez is
by far the most accomplished player in our attack but the controversy surrounding his contractual mishandling could see him go before the window closes or most definitely
by season's end... obviously a
mistake by both parties involved, as Sanchez's exploits have never been more on display than in North London, but the club's irresponsible wage structure and lack of real intent have been the real undoing in this mess... Lacazette, who I think has some world - class skills as a front man, will only be as good as the players and system around him, which is troubling due to our current roster and Wenger's love of sideways passing... Walcott should have been sold years ago, enough said, and Welbeck should never have been brought in from the get - go... both of these players have suffered numerous injuries over their respective careers and neither are good enough to overcome such difficulties: not to mention, they both are below average first - touch players, which should be the baseline test for any player coming to a Wenger - led Arsenal team... Perez should have been played wide left or never purchased at all; what a huge waste of time and money, which is ridiculous considering our penny pinching
ways and the fact that fans had been clamoring for a real striker for years... finally Giroud, the fact that he stills wears the jersey is a direct indictment of this club's failure to get things right... this isn't necessarily an attack on Giroud because I think he has some highly valued skills, but not for a team that has struggled to take their sideways soccer to the next level, as his presence slows their game even more, combined with our average, at best, finishing skills... far too often those in charge have either settled or chosen half - measures and ultimately it is us that suffer because no matter what happens Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke will always
make more money whereas we will always be the ones paying for their
mistakes... so every time someone suggests we should just shut - up and support the team just think of all the sacrifices you've
made along the
way and simply reply... f *** off
Both have been given opportunities to impress
by Jurgen Klopp, and in truth, both have been guilty of
making some costly
mistakes along the
way to suggest that the solution could perhaps lie outside of the club with a new signing.
much like when a country can't divulge highly classified information publicly for obvious economic and military reasons, a professional soccer organization must keep certain things in - house so they don't devalue a player, expose a weakness, provide info that could give an opposing club leverage in future negotiations and / or give them vital intel regarding a future match, but when dishonesty becomes the norm the relationship between cub and fan will surely deteriorate... in our particular case, our club has done an absolutely atrocious job when it comes to cultivating a healthy and honest relationship with the media or their fans, which has contributed greatly to our lack of success in the transfer market...
along with poor decisions involving weekly wages, we can't ever seem to get true market value for most of our outgoing players and other teams seem to squeeze every last cent out of us when we are looking to buy; why wouldn't they, when you go to the table with such a openly desperate and dysfunctional team like ours, you have all the leverage;
made even worse
by the fact that who wouldn't want to see our incredibly arrogant and thrifty manager squirm during the process... the real issue at this club is respect, a word that appears to be entirely lost on those within our hierarchy... this is the starting point from which all great relationships between club and supporters form... this doesn't mean that a team can't
make mistakes along the
way, that's just human nature, it's about how they chose to deal with these situations that will determine if this relationship flourishes or devolves..
