So that's totally normal:) You can't spot reduce
by doing ab exercises but it will definitely help you tone
up your abs and burn some calories:) I would keep
mixing up your
workouts and continue with the muay thai too!
I've increased my curl weight to 100 from 80 in about 3 weeks
by mixing up on / off days and light / medium with heavy training (trying to take advantage of the muscle «continuum» and hitting the fiber on light weight most on one but ending with hitting the fast twitch for heavy on light medium

by swimming and doing hiit
