Isaac Clarke is the unfortunate engineer who was aboard the USG Ishimura when it was overrun
by necromorphs initially and has had to battle his way through a monstrous amount of them (no pun intended).

While looking out over «The Sprawl» — the game's
necromorph - infested city — Isaac is blinded
by light, the windows shattered
by some unknown attacker.
They have body armour and wield assault rifles, but they're quickly jumped in turn
by a group of
Necromorph «twitchers».
In terms of killing the
Necromorphs easily (for those who are new to the series), it is always best to kill them
by taking out the limbs instead of the body.
The game starts in a hospital where Isaac Clarke is being questioned
by someone about the Marker from the first game and immediately changed to a setting where the hospital is breaking into pieces, and a bunch of
Necromorphs are lurking around the place.
Titan Mines is where players will stop the outbreak of Necromoprhs
by placing a shockmine, and the Marker Lab which is basically like a Team Deathmatch that gives the player to play as a
Necromorph or a Human and kill each other.
They scare the hell out of me more than any movie I've ever seen as I'm thrust into Isaac's world, surrounded
by the undead hordes of
necromorphs that only wish to kill me.
The Plasma Rifle also is a very good weapon for killing if you are surrounded
by tons of fast approaching
Necromorphs.
Throughout the game Isaac is haunted
by some strange visions about some terrifying memories of his girlfriend from the first game, and a
Necromorph whose resemblance to her is uncanny.
Dead Space 2 looks to continue the tale of Isaac Clarke's battle against the
Necromorph and could easily top the first game
by leaps and bounds.
You play as Isaac Clarke, an engineer who must survive when his mining ship is attacked
by space - zombies known as
Necromorphs.
Most of the
Necromorphs in the original will simply charge you and take you out
by surprise, but that is not the case with Dead Space 2.
