Please Arsen Wenger and your team of management, do not give us hypertension this time around and for me I am tied of being bood
by my other club fans.

It is a disgrace when you are able to be complete and always you come short, it grows frustration among
fans, pundits, and everyone who bet on you...
Other so called big teams manged to fulfill their expectations and potential, I mean city, chelsea and man city, and that's why the media stands
by their sides, however, our management either has ego or ignorance so much that they decline everyone call to stand as a big
club and fix their flaws... Now the pundits and the media wait for us to slip and then say «see we told you»...
Its
fans like YOU that are part of the problem with the
club as has already been stated
by others it's the excuse mentaility.
I SAY WENGER DOES NO SUCH THING and my above several posts have given ample reasons as to why I AND TENS OF THOUSANDS
OTHER FANS, (who are not fools,
by the way, even though the
club and manager treat us a such) THINK THE SAME.
It sadly is Sue, we have a divided
fan base, an majority shareholder who is (in my opinion) using our
clubs assets to secure lending on his
other sporting investments, a board who quite frankly see us
fans as customers rather than supporters as shown
by the chairman's AGMs performance, players who aren't signing new contracts, if you cut Ian Wright and
others open you'd see cannons in their blood with some of our players now you'd find image rights and pound signs.
Arsenal
fans may have seen many of our fancied targets being taken
by other clubs, but believe me there are still lots of talented players out there.
Virtually all
fans want Kroenke out of our
club - I have seen NONE and no posts that want him to remain and I doubt that anyone else has either — and
fan polls show us that more than 80 % would like Wenger to retire (though of this 80 % some, like me, want it today and
others at end of season BUT they all want him out
by seasons end.
Arsenal
fans are gullible and are used
by the media to disrupt the team spirit, where
other teams sing high praise about their
clubs» (lesser) achievements.
Absolutely right there He won't go anywhere because he does what the board wants him to He delivers profit and very low risk and sets expectations at virtually zero so that's the
fans don't expect too m7ch and he doesn't have to deliver and the board don't need to spend Its a farce and more importantly a blatant con Every single
fan who puts even a penny into the
club either through season tickets right the way down to buying a mug or a pen or a shirt is being robbed
by a board who care NOTHING for sporting glory and even less for the
fans who finance the
club There SHOULD be mass walkouts on home games and protests at every turn but, there won't be because the demographic of
fans now is of a majority who are not true supporters but millennial who only want to say they attend the ground every
other week.
While some misguided Chelsea supporters seem to wish that opposition
fans would join in and appreciate the
club now it's finally reached the top of the pile, it's inevitable that being on a pedestal means
others want to knock them off —
by fair means or foul.
Spot on bro... the problem with most of us Arsenal
fans is that we've been made to accept average as our only option after been promised
by Gazidis and
other members of the board that we will compete with top European
clubs... i feel some players need to be allowed to go in order for better ones who are ambitious and hungry for titles to come in... and someone made mention of Giroud saving Arsenal in a few games like the countless chances he's missed that could have put the
club in better positions could be equated right... he should have done that against Watford, west brom and the rest... truth be told..
If we buy no big name
other than Cech, we'll fail in the league again and Wenger / Gazidis would be forced out of the
club by a huge backlash from the
fans.
You guys should stop call Wenger Mr.. He ain't deserved to be call mister because a mister will always stick to his word and never allowed to be disrespected
by his followers but not Wenger so his far from being a master not from the past 10 to 11 years when we the
fans always being a laughing stock from
other club fans We tired of being mistreated all the time from Wenger we need changes we need a coach or a manager that can make arsenal fc a better team a team that every
fans will love to support, a team that will be best among the rest.
Every time I think we've fallen as low as we can down drops the lift» we even have to listen to rumours in the next window we are that desperate, I agree with a lot of you it's BS if we don't get CL (which we won't without signings) why would he come, and
by the way this
other midfielder for 6 m, can't be bothered to check his name is a AM because we dout have enough lol, I will always be an arsenal
fan but I can not condone the way the
club is run and the lies we keep being fed
The former manager of Tottenham, West Ham and a host of
other clubs, Harry Redknapp, came up with the not so brilliant idea of our former captain Tony Adams who, as much as he is loved
by the Arsenal
fans, has tried and failed to be a good football manager, so we can scratch that one.
I'm so sick of people telling those of us who are disgruntled
fans to relax and give this
club time to correct itself... for anyone who believes that taking a wait - and - see approach is appropriate at this juncture they should take a good long look at themselves in the mirror because they are a big part of the problem... no
other «big»
club's
fans would stand for this shit for nearly as long as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing of the guard at every major
club in England, Spain, France and Germany in the last several years because those «big»
clubs failed to live up to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)... for some reason, many
fans have become as fragile as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly be a suitable replacement, even though everyone of these
clubs have found multiple replacements and still achieved far more than our
club... this mindset has been created
by an organization that has been milking it's
fans, telling countless lies (no world class players available) and lowering expectations every since they rolled out the biggest lie of all: that we couldn't spend because of the new stadium but once it was paid off we could compete with any team in the world... this organization is rotting from the inside out and if we don't demand that those in charge put soccer first this despicable behaviour won't end with Wenger's ridiculous 2 year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower
by choosing our next coach the same way they choose our players, on the cheap... even so, we need to see what mustache will do if left to his own devices so he will have to show his true colours... only then can we purge this
club and start anew
I'm seeing a trend in insults
other teams
fans throw our way being used
by our own
fans with referencing our
club.
It is only a matter of time before we start getting lots of Arsenal transfer rumours linking us with a summer transfer bid for Romelu Lukaku, after it was revealed
by Sky Sports and
other sporting websites that the Belgium international star has rejected the new contract that is being offered to him
by his current
club Everton, so I thought I would get in early and ask whether you Arsenal
fans out there would like the Gunners to go for this powerful, prolific and Premier League proven striker?
In
other news, our team seems to be rounding nicely into form, with a productive off - season and several new additions already settling in, there seems to be a renewed sense of confidence in the air... our well - oiled machine has conducted business again early this year, so we can just sit back, kick our feet up and watch all those
other suckers scramble to make panic moves in the 11th hour... of course, we need to tie up a few loose ends but our team of savvy negotiators, under the tutelage of our faithful leader, will perform their usual magic with ample time to spare... I have to laugh when I look around the soccer world and see all those teams look upon us with envy and scorn as they struggle to mimic our seemingly infallible business model... thank goodness the powers that be had the foresight and fortitude to resist the temptations of the modern football era... instead of listening to all the experts and simply taking the easy way out
by making the necessary improvements on the field and in the front office, we chose the path never traveled... we are truly pioneers in our field... sometimes you just have to have faith in the people that have always conducted themselves in a respectful and honest fashion... most
fans aren't so fortunate, they will never know what it's like to follow a team that treats everyone in and around the
club as if they were an extended member of the family... all for one I say... so when you wake up this morning, please try not to gloat when you see rival
fans pacing back and forth waiting for their respective teams to pull the usual panic buys, just say nothing and be thankful that it isn't you... like I've always said, this is why you stay the course... this is when the real benefits of having someone in charge for over 2 decades really pays off... have a great day fellow Gunners
There are many
other examples of the
clubs lack of ambition and ineptitude over the last ten years and I don't have either the patience or the time to go through the whole catalogue, its clear to anyone who is clear headed and able to for a reasonably intelligent opinion that our beloved
club is being run
by a bunch of silver spooned business men who car nothing for the
clubs status within the areana that it operates only for the share prices and profit and loss margins and they are aided
by a stubborn and deluded manager who has failed to deliver the EPL to his
clubs fans for over ten years and who has failed to move with the times simply because he can retain his role in the
club and deliver the minimum of results but maximum profit to the shareholders and board.
Merson Wright Robson or anyone who has an axe to grind with Arsenal is at it I don't give a shit what they think I support th
club and team in general if they play shit we have had more success then most teams Thy seem to Laud spuds but the fukers win nothing they won 2 trophies in 30 yeas but I don't see the media
others pulling them up on it like we had when we didn't win anything for 10 years There is definitely an agenda in the media against Arsenal and its sadly spearheaded
by ex Arsenal players So I say when they ubfairly attack the
club and our existing players they are fair game for retribution from the real
fans who lives be the
club and will support it through thick and thin.
While some Arsenal
fans would be happy to see Arsene Wenger step down or be sacked from his role as the manager, and
others still firmly believe that the Frenchman is the best man for the job and should carry on at the Arsenal helm as long as he is willing, the choice is not ours and it is likely to be a joint decision
by the
club and Wenger himself as to when his managerial reign comes to an end.

Arsenal
fans are
by no means asking we give up on FA Cup — God knows we'll need it as I cant see us ever winning anything else under Wenger — but its the same as saying: Arsenal
fans should appreciate reaching Champions League round of 16 those may years in a row as no
other club has been that consistent — or — Arsenal
fans please appreciate being in the champions league every year as you are the only English team to maintain that consistency....
Whether or not you feel that a protest is necessary for change is a debate that can be held in the comments, because although some will feel it is the only way that
fans can make
club officials see want what is wanted,
others will say that Wenger deserves more respect than to be forced out the
club by protest and a lack of support when he is only following Kroenke's orders.
the obvious fact is that the
club began to stagnate in football terms a decade ago after the CL semi against man utd and has been in outright retreat over the last 3 years... some
fans were calling for wenger to leave in 2011 - 12 as it was clear he could not cope with a more competitive environment
others have been more tolerant, hanging on to fa cup glory and hoping that he would somehow self correct his weak and erratic management style but most now realise that is not possible and that the
club will deteriorate further under his management so also want him gone, that has left a hard core of wenger loyalists who are either fixated with the past (selecting episodic good and bad times to justify wengers decade long failure) or too frightened of the future to contemplate a change (with selective reference to failed managerial changes
by way of justification) or both, to conclude, through a mixture of panglossian fatalism and corporate philosophising, how lucky we are to have such an honourable and educated man in charge... along with their confused references to
club loyalty and addiction to computer games these are troubled souls who need our sympathy and concerned medical advice... SO JUST F OFF STOCK UP ON CANNED SOUP AND GO SUPPORT ASTON VILLA ON FIFA!
You say your a
fan since the 70s then we've both seen
other managers at the
club players come and go and so do managers don't get caught up in nostalgia this is about Arsenal not Arsene and if you watch the team like you claim then you'd see we're miles off the top teams and miles off winning the premier league, we have regressed and if you think
by winning the fa cup is progressing your easily pleased!
Sure,
fans won't get as much excitement as they did in the past from Sky Sports» Deadline Day, however they'll most likely be thankful for it in the long run, as it means their
clubs are much more likely to save money, and have a lesser chance of being ripped off
by other clubs for players they don't always necessarily need.
I don't see how any true
fan can be happy about the situation we are in The
club goes backwards each year but still
fans on here and
other social media outlets think that the
club are doing great, how can you be happy when we see the same thing year in year out, scrabble for 4th, get champions league place, scrabble out the group then get turned over
by the next big team For me this is not how a big
club should be run (7th richest
club in world football) Why don't we act like it.
there is no doubting that Arsene has helped to provide us with some incredible footballing moments in the formative years of his managerial career at Arsenal, but that certainly doesn't and shouldn't mean that he has earned the right to decide when and how he should leave this
club... there have been numerous managers at each of the biggest
clubs in Europe throughout the last decade who have waged far more successful campaigns than ours yet somehow and someway each were given their walking papers because they failed to meet the standards laid out
by the hierarchy of their respective
clubs... of course that doesn't mean that
clubs should simply follow the lead of
others, especially if
clubs of note have become too reactionary when it comes to issues of termination, for whatever reasons, but there should be some logical discourse when it comes to the setting of parameters for a changing of the guard... in the case of Arsenal, this sort of discourse was largely stifled when the higher - ups devised their sinister plan on the eve of our move to the Emirates...
by giving Wenger a free pass due to supposed financial constraints he, unwittingly or not, set the bar too low... it reminds me of a landlord who says he will only rent to «professional people» to maintain a certain standard then does a complete about face when the market is lean and vacancies are up... for those who rented under the original mandate they of course feel cheated but there is little they can do, except move on, especially if the landlord clearly cares more about profitability than keeping their word... unfortunately for the lifelong
fans of a football
club it's not so easy to switch allegiances and frankly why should they, in most cases we have been around far longer than them... so how does one deal with such an untenable situation... do you simply shut - up and hope for the best, do you place the best interests of those with only self - serving agendas above the collective and pray that karma eventually catches up with them, do you run away with your tail between your legs and only return when things have ultimately changed, do you keep trying to find silver linings to justify your very existence, do you lower your expectations
by convincing yourself it could be worse or do you stand up for what you believe in
by holding people accountable for their actions, especially when every fiber of your being tells you that something is rotten in the state of Denmark
However, while the Pensioners are clearly happy with their plans — which could see them move into the new Chelsea stadium in the 2020 - 21 season — the design has been somewhat ridiculed on social media, with
fans — both of Chelsea and
other clubs — unimpressed
by Abramovich's vision.
The real fickle ones are the ones who are easily influenced
by the media and
other club fans.
Well we are all making our contributions, moreover our contributions are decent individually, Wenger knows the direction he is heading towards when it comes to transfers, when he speaks with the press don't rely on his words, he speaks with the press sometimes to encourage the
fans and conceal the truth in him.nevertheless my verdict concerning this issue of alexis sanchez and arsenal is that, wenger should keep hold to his words
by not selling alexis, he should allow him to see off his contract if he refuses to sign because next season alexis will turn 29, he has already at the pick of his career,
by allowing him to stay we can mount title challenge come next season and this will really give us an advantage even for him to o sign another contract with arsenal, arsenal is a big
club, they should how to hold, encourage and lure their best players to renew their contract rather loosing them to
other top
clubs, especially title rivers
As has been pointed out
by yourself and
others, including some AKB
fans, this
club fails across the levels of management, owner, board, Gazidas, and systems.
Of course it could be seriously argued
by me and
others too that we
fans are soft in the head for still attending and giving this rapacious
club our money.
i believe they deserve a raise but they can, t hold us to ransom, they shouldn't forget that their performances show that they are at the right
club with a manager that believes in them, a pretty good team that plays the right football,
fans who love them, it would be nice for them to show loyalty and repay the faith shown to them
by arsenal it was not so long ago they were subs for their
clubs, the grass is not always greener on the
other side!!
I have a couple of friends that support Southampton — haven't won anything for years, pay a lot for their season ticket and regularly have their best players cherry picked
by other clubs - yet I don't hear them moaning like Arsenal
fans.
Walking out on a cup final early is poor saying the things after is poor we have had the most consistancy of any pl
club for 20 years it goes bad we lose and we show no honor in defeat i never mentioned wenger i mentioned the lack of support in a cup final was sad and
by walking out it showed we've been spoiled city did nt leave the semi early last year when we beat em they did nt leave early wehen they lost in league one and i cant stand city im arsenal through and through we won a cup last year and the year before were in another cup final and tempemental
fans leave early even though it takes alot to get to a cup final maybe you need to lose more to lose respectable its hard it sucks but its a cup final bigger than the management our opinions for a day its about how you show you solidarity as a
club win or lose every
other club in england would of taken our spot in a heartbeat if they could of and we lea e early that shows spoilage and it was embarrassing to see we need to be stronger as supporters newcastle does nt like ashley yet they still show up and when was the last time they won a cup?
Pod and Campel are overrated
by Arsenal
fans and better for their career and development to find
other club... Hayden and Bellerin still need time to develop as EPL footballers... The 2nd goal should be denied
by Ospina, but let's not judge him
by only one match... Wenger era is over.....
this article typifies everything that is wrong with our
club... if you had any balls you would have started with that Mertz nonsense, but instead, like Wenger, you started out pretending to be a rational individual only to reveal your true unintelligible in the final paragraph... I feel like you have never watched Mertz play except for in the FA Cup final last year... how does someone help defend corners, crosses and the like when you can't man - mark, you have a negative vertical and you close your eyes whenever the ball comes in your direction... this was a panic buy that didn't make sense then, considering how most teams were setup to counterattack us, and it makes even less sense now... he was well past his prime when he arrived, like Podolski, Arteta, Flamini 2.0 among numerous
others, and was used
by Wenger to trick the uninformed
fans into believing he cared about turning this team into a true contender
This means condemnation
by clubs and
other fans on an individual level, and while taking on an entire train carriage might not be a wise idea for an individual, it is encouraging that Chelsea have taken a proactive stance regarding this incident; the
club are appealing for witnesses.
I think it has reached a point where enough is enough.the only way to save our
club is if all
fans are singing one thing and are together.there is no way we will anything while some guys sing only one arsene wenger and
others wenger out.we need to open our eyes and sing one song altogether only then can we propel change that is essential for our beloved
club.if we keep going on this road then some
fans will cme and regret when our
club is officially a mid table team
by then it would hve been too late for change.i told guys and will keep saying which
club in there right mind would sell a key player of there squad with just days to go before window is shut.its clear we weren't intrested to invest into the market and yet again the
club is showing us how ambitionless they are.sad but true our season has ended before it has even kicked off!!.
Man city have a squad that we can only dam of, I'm negative because Im tired of scraping through and yet paying more than any
other fans for my season ticket, im fed up with hearing bullsh!t from our manager, had enough of losing
by embarrassing score lines to
clubs that have more ambition than us, Im annoyed at haring about players that became world wide successes that Wenger turned down or could have got but didn't, I hate that there's never any positive news on Arsenal, and most o all I am gutted that we have only on one tropy in ten years and ta its not sowing any ign of improving but plenty of signs of going backyards.
On a tangent Jon my son (he's 4) asked me why he should support Arsenal, I said «well because I do, you're granddad does and your great granddad did» I was going to say its because of the values and principles that our
club has but then I stopped myself because I have no idea what they are anymore
other than paying a has been manager and over hyped players a fortune for non achievement while being owned
by a majority shareholder that has no interest in the
club other than as a business and having a board that view the
fans as the gift that keeps on giving.
Although it will be incredibly difficult to ever match his contributions on the pitch, it's vitally important for a former
club legend, like Henry, to publicly address his concerns regarding the direction of this
club... regardless of those who still feel that Henry has some sort of agenda due to the backlash he received following earlier comments he made on air regarding Arsenal, he has an intimate understanding of the game, he knows the
fans are being hosed and he feels some sense of obligation, both professionally and personally, to tell it like he sees it... much like I've continually expressed over the last couple months, this team isn't evolving under this current ownership / management team... instead we are currently experiencing a «stagnant» phase in our
club's storied history... a fact that can't be hidden
by simply changing the formation or bringing in one or two individuals... this team needs fundamental change in the way it conducts business both on and off the pitch or it will continue to slowly devolve into a second tier
club... regardless of the euphoria surrounding our escape act on Friday evening, as it stands, this
club is more likely to be fighting for a Europa League spot for the foreseeable future than a top 4 finish... we can't hope for the failures of
others to secure our place in the top 4, we need to be the manufacturers of our own success
by doing whatever is necessary to evolve as an organization... if Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke can't take the necessary steps following the debacle they manufactured last season, their removal is imperative for our future success... unfortunately, I strongly believe that either they don't know how to proceed in the present economic climate or they are unwilling to do whatever it takes to turn this ship around... just look at the current state of our squad, none of our world class players are under contract beyond this season, we have a ridiculous wage bill considering the results, we can't sell our deadwood because we've mismanaged our personnel decisions and contractual obligations, we haven't properly cultivated our younger talent and we might have become one of the worst
clubs ever when it comes to way we handle our transfer business, which under Dein was one of our greatest assets... it's time to get things right!!!
The BIG thing Arsenal
fans hold onto now is we had an Invincible season (a feat not attempted
by any
other PL
club).
much like when a country can't divulge highly classified information publicly for obvious economic and military reasons, a professional soccer organization must keep certain things in - house so they don't devalue a player, expose a weakness, provide info that could give an opposing
club leverage in future negotiations and / or give them vital intel regarding a future match, but when dishonesty becomes the norm the relationship between cub and
fan will surely deteriorate... in our particular case, our
club has done an absolutely atrocious job when it comes to cultivating a healthy and honest relationship with the media or their
fans, which has contributed greatly to our lack of success in the transfer market... along with poor decisions involving weekly wages, we can't ever seem to get true market value for most of our outgoing players and
other teams seem to squeeze every last cent out of us when we are looking to buy; why wouldn't they, when you go to the table with such a openly desperate and dysfunctional team like ours, you have all the leverage; made even worse
by the fact that who wouldn't want to see our incredibly arrogant and thrifty manager squirm during the process... the real issue at this
club is respect, a word that appears to be entirely lost on those within our hierarchy... this is the starting point from which all great relationships between
club and supporters form... this doesn't mean that a team can't make mistakes along the way, that's just human nature, it's about how they chose to deal with these situations that will determine if this relationship flourishes or devolves..
Kenny you are correct of course.Someonevthat is obviously in total love of Arsenal Football
Club But also ridiculously blinkered when it comes to Wenger. You and I together with many thousands upon thousands of, shall we say, more mature
fans, (in
other words old codgers) will of course recall much much darker periods in this
clubs history than what we are going through now.But today is the present and not yesterday.Wenger is yesterday's man (as agreed
by 81 % of this sites members).
What does ArseneWegner have to do to get the sack?because once again another shocking away day performance, but as we know, so many of our shallow followers only has to get a draw in our next game and all will be forgotten, so here's something new, most of us real
fans support the
club in one way or another, wether it be attending games, buying merchandise or
other means and this applies to those who attend matches, how about you throw your match day programme on the pitch / in Wegner's direction in a united show of unhappeyness, because you're already throwing your hard earned money away
by going to watch that shit show, why not anything is worth trying.
