Tim i found it liberating to just do what the Lord wants you to do i work within his boundarys and yes i attend church and enjoy it.I love the people and i love hearing the word and worshipping the Lord even
if others are still bound up with traditions thats not my walk thats theres. My focus is to do what the Lord wants me to do.There have been times i have said no to the pastor he does nt understand why i choose not to lead the worship.i query him as well regarding the idea that its not just performing a function because there is a need our hearts have to be in the right place so that the Lord can use us but he did nt understand where i was coming from and thats okay because of that i just said no until my heart is right i am better not being involved in leading. But i am happy to be an encouragement to
others in the worship
team i havent wanted to be the leader i have done that in the past.So my focus has been just the singing and being part of different worship
teams i think the Lord has
other plans as the groups i am in seem to be changing at the same time i am aware that i do nt to worry about change as the Lord knows whats best.I used to be quite comfortable leading the music but that was before when i was operating in my own self confidence and pride. The Lord did such a huge change in my life that i lost my self confidence and that is not a bad thing at all as my spiritual growth has been incredible. The big change was my identity moved from me and what i could do to knowing who i was in Christ and that he is my strength and confidence. Now i know that without him i can do nothing in fact i am dependent on his empowerment through his holy spirit all the time in everything. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music at another church i attend multiple churchs although i attend two regularly one has services in the morning and one has services in the evening so the two do nt really clash. In the weekend i was asked to lead the music its been two years since i did that and i was worried on how i would go.All i can say is that it went really well and because i stepped out in Faith the Lord really blessed the morning to the congregation. The difference is knowing that i serve the Lord with the gifts he has given me but my heart has to be right and when i do it in his way it builds up the body and it brings glory to him.May the Lord continue to show you what he wants you to do even though
others may not understand your reasons i just want you to know that you do nt have to pull away completely just work within the boundarys that the Lord gives you and do nt feel pressured
by others expectations to do anything that feel uncomfortable.Be involved just as you feel lead
by the holy spirit even
if it is in a very minor way take small steps.regards brentnz

It was lazy of Wenger to emphasize a family atmosphere especially in recent seasons, it almost,
if not created a culture where everyone patted each
other on the back fostering mediocrity, in the real world of the premier league and elsewhere, it is important to be fired up
by competition even among the players, and with a manager of Wenger's stature, I'm sure he has enough in his locker to make sure said competition don't get nasty and counterproductive to overall
team performance.

I would have given Sanchez an early offer to extend with a rigid deadline and
if he didn't sign he would have been sold immediately to the highest bidder outside of England... I would have sold Gabriel, DeBouchy, Walcott, Welbeck, Ramsey or Ox, Wiltshire, Gibbs, Jenkinson and Ospina... I would have kept Szczy and gone after Douglas Costa, Hakan Calhanoglu, Van Dijk, Aubameyang, Aurier and Carvalho... all would have been possible, as most either moved to
other teams or were actively being scouted
by other teams... this
team provides formation flexibility, some much needed size on the back - end and bags of scoring potential going forward: not to mention it would be a relatively youthful squad with ample first - touch capabilities to maintain the «beautiful» game and would have vastly increased our potential to score both on the counter and from set pieces
I'm so sick of people telling those of us who are disgruntled fans to relax and give this club time to correct itself... for anyone who believes that taking a wait - and - see approach is appropriate at this juncture they should take a good long look at themselves in the mirror because they are a big part of the problem... no
other «big» club's fans would stand for this shit for nearly as long as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing of the guard at every major club in England, Spain, France and Germany in the last several years because those «big» clubs failed to live up to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)... for some reason, many fans have become as fragile as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly be a suitable replacement, even though everyone of these clubs have found multiple replacements and still achieved far more than our club... this mindset has been created
by an organization that has been milking it's fans, telling countless lies (no world class players available) and lowering expectations every since they rolled out the biggest lie of all: that we couldn't spend because of the new stadium but once it was paid off we could compete with any
team in the world... this organization is rotting from the inside out and
if we don't demand that those in charge put soccer first this despicable behaviour won't end with Wenger's ridiculous 2 year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower
by choosing our next coach the same way they choose our players, on the cheap... even so, we need to see what mustache will do
if left to his own devices so he will have to show his true colours... only then can we purge this club and start anew
If Kroenke really wanted then Wenger would have been training France
by now or any
other team.

In
other news, our
team seems to be rounding nicely into form, with a productive off - season and several new additions already settling in, there seems to be a renewed sense of confidence in the air... our well - oiled machine has conducted business again early this year, so we can just sit back, kick our feet up and watch all those
other suckers scramble to make panic moves in the 11th hour... of course, we need to tie up a few loose ends but our
team of savvy negotiators, under the tutelage of our faithful leader, will perform their usual magic with ample time to spare... I have to laugh when I look around the soccer world and see all those
teams look upon us with envy and scorn as they struggle to mimic our seemingly infallible business model... thank goodness the powers that be had the foresight and fortitude to resist the temptations of the modern football era... instead of listening to all the experts and simply taking the easy way out
by making the necessary improvements on the field and in the front office, we chose the path never traveled... we are truly pioneers in our field... sometimes you just have to have faith in the people that have always conducted themselves in a respectful and honest fashion... most fans aren't so fortunate, they will never know what it's like to follow a
team that treats everyone in and around the club as
if they were an extended member of the family... all for one I say... so when you wake up this morning, please try not to gloat when you see rival fans pacing back and forth waiting for their respective
teams to pull the usual panic buys, just say nothing and be thankful that it isn't you... like I've always said, this is why you stay the course... this is when the real benefits of having someone in charge for over 2 decades really pays off... have a great day fellow Gunners
Merson Wright Robson or anyone who has an axe to grind with Arsenal is at it I don't give a shit what they think I support th club and
team in general
if they play shit we have had more success then most
teams Thy seem to Laud spuds but the fukers win nothing they won 2 trophies in 30 yeas but I don't see the media
others pulling them up on it like we had when we didn't win anything for 10 years There is definitely an agenda in the media against Arsenal and its sadly spearheaded
by ex Arsenal players So I say when they ubfairly attack the club and our existing players they are fair game for retribution from the real fans who lives be the club and will support it through thick and thin.

The excuse of there weren't any players will certainly not hold any water, big players have made moves to clubs willing to spend money Ibra, Sanches, Higuain, Kante, Pogba and

I wish i could bring up old post from about 2 season ago I was talking about leon goretzka and how we should sign him up before any of these
other teams start looking at him (

If Arsenal win this FA Cup match against Lincoln today, the win will not ease any pain the Gooners were allegedly have went through when Arsenal lost to Bayern Munich last Tuesday night at the Ems because there wasn't any pain the Gooners have suffered in the first place when Arsenal lost the match
by a 1 - 5 away win for Bayern Munich which in my own observation was a rigged result for Bayern Munich
by the match referee, his linesman and the
other referee official who was behind the goal post, a match referee who earlier has denied Arsenal a penalty of their own but later connived against them to award a penalty to Bayern Munich and in the process sent off Koscielny to deliberately weaken Arsenal
team strength to frustrate them in the game.

You say your a fan since the 70s then we've both seen
other managers at the club players come and go and so do managers don't get caught up in nostalgia this is about Arsenal not Arsene and
if you watch the
team like you claim then you'd see we're miles off the top
teams and miles off winning the premier league, we have regressed and
if you think
by winning the fa cup is progressing your easily pleased!
This is an incredibly difficult question to answer for a variety of reasons, most importantly because over the years our once vaunted «beautiful» style of play has become a shadow of it's former self, only to be replaced
by a less than stellar «plug and play» mentality where players play out of position and adjustments / substitutions are rarely forthcoming before the 75th minute...
if you look at our current players, very few would make sense in the traditional Wengerian system... at present, we don't have the personnel to move the ball quickly from deep - lying position, efficient one touch midfielders that can make the necessary through balls or the disciplined and pacey forwards to stretch defences into wide positions, without the aid of the backs coming up into the final 3rd, so that we can attack the defensive lanes in the same clinical fashion we did years ago... on this current squad, we have only 1 central defender on staf, Mustafi, who seems to have any prowess in the offensive zone or who can even pass two zones through so that we can advance play quickly out of our own end (I have seen some inklings that suggest Holding might have some offensive qualities but too early to tell)... unfortunately Mustafi has a tendency to get himself in trouble when he gets overly aggressive on the ball... from our backs out wide, we've seen pace from the likes of Bellerin and Gibbs and the spirited albeit offensively stunted play of Monreal, but none of these players possess the skill - set required in the offensive zone for the new Wenger scheme which requires deft touches, timely runs to the baseline and consistent crossing, especially when Giroud was playing and his ratio of scored goals per clear chances was relatively low (better last year though)... obviously I like Bellerin's future prospects, as you can't teach pace, but I do worry that he regressed last season, which was obvious to Wenger because there was no way he would have used Ox as the right side wing - back so often knowing that Barcelona could come calling in the off - season,
if he thought otherwise... as for our midfielders, not a single one, minus the more confident Xhaka I watched played for the Swiss national
team a couple years ago, who truly makes sense under the traditional Wenger model... Ramsey holds onto the ball too long, gives the ball away cheaply far too often and abandons his defensive responsibilities on a regular basis (doesn't score enough recently to justify): that being said, I've always thought he does possess a little something special, unfortunately he thinks so too... Xhaka is a little too slow to ever boss the midfield and he tends to telegraph his one true strength, his long ball play: although I must admit he did get a bit better during some points in the latter part of last season... it always made me wonder why whenever he played with Coq Wenger always seemed to play Francis in a more advanced role on the pitch... as for Coq, he is way too reckless at the wrong times and has exhibited little offensive prowess yet finds himself in and around the box far too often... let's face it Wenger was ready to throw him in the trash heap when injuries forced him to use Francis and then he had the nerve to act like this was all part of a bigger Wenger constructed plan... he like Ramsey, Xhaka and Elneny don't offer the skills necessary to satisfy the quick transitory nature of our old offensive scheme or the stout defensive mindset needed to protect the defensive zone so that our offensive players can remain aggressive in the final third... on the front end, we have Ozil, a player of immense skill but stunted
by his physical demeanor that tends to offend, the fact that he's been played out of position far too many times since arriving and that the players in front of him, minus Sanchez, make little to no sense considering what he has to offer (especially Giroud); just think about the quick counter-attack offence in Real or the space and protection he receives in the German National
team's midfield, where
teams couldn't afford to focus too heavily on one individual... this player was a passing «specialist» long before he arrived in North London, so only an arrogant or ignorant individual would try to reinvent the wheel and / or not surround such a talent with the necessary components... in regards to Ox, Walcott and Welbeck, although they all possess serious talents I see them in large part as headless chickens who are on the injury table too much, lack the necessary first - touch and / or lack the finishing flair to warrant their inclusion in a regular starting eleven; I would say that, of the 3, Ox showed the most upside once we went to a back 3, but even he became a bit too consumed
by his pending contract talks before the season ended and that concerned me a bit...
if I had to choose one of those 3 players to stay on it would be Ox due to his potential as a plausible alternative to Bellerin in that wing - back position should we continue to use that formation... in Sanchez, we get one of the most committed skill players we've seen on this squad for some years but that could all change soon,
if it hasn't already of course... strangely enough, even he doesn't make sense given the constructs of the original Wenger offensive model because he holds onto the ball too long and he will give the ball up a little too often in the offensive zone... a fact that is largely forgotten due to his infectious energy and the fact that the numbers he has achieved seem to justify the means... finally, and in many ways most crucially, Giroud, there is nothing about this
team or the offensive system that Wenger has traditionally employed that would even suggest such a player would make sense as a starter... too slow, too inefficient and way too easily dispossessed... once again, I think he has some special skills and, at times, has showed some world - class qualities but he's lack of mobility is an albatross around the necks of our offence... so when you ask who would be our best starting 11, I don't have a clue because of the 5 or 6 players that truly deserve a place in this side, 1 just arrived, 3 aren't under contract beyond 2018 and the
other was just sold to Juve... man, this is theraputic because following this
team is like an addiction to heroin without the benefits
Or on the
other hand,
if they lose conclusively i.e. 4 — 0, they could reason that the tie is over and that their best chance of getting a top four position is
by picking up points in the league and as a consequence they play a strong
team at the Emirates.
what more arsenal.its a total waste with all that ball possession,
if you watch most of these premier leauge goals scored
by other teams, they are outside shots, or shots parried
by the keeper etc, when a shot is taken, it creates tension, which could lead to a penalty etc, but at arsenal, its a different case... thats why we do all the ball possession and pressing, then when
teams like watford get one or two chances..
If Ocon wasn't pressured enough to meet internal objectives set
by his own
team, he must race in 2018 knowing that there will be
others further up the paddock observing his performances too.
So
if arsenal wins
by scoring late, its because of pure handwork and determination but
if Leicester or any
other team does that its pure luck.
Yes we are still short of a Patrick Viera type of defensive midfielder but still, we have got it right in every
other area and
if we can keep making the right selections for every game and manage to get our tactics right, we will be very proud of this
team by the time the season comes to an end.
Agree with your thinking about Atletico,
if we can meet them before getting trashed
by other team
In the envisaged revamping of the Arsenal first
team squad during the in - coming summer transfer window for next season's campaign during which at least 2 world class players are expected to be signed
by Arsenal in addition to keeping Ozil and Sanchez, and some underperforming Gunners for 3 consecutive seasons allowed to leave on the expiration of their contract deals this season or be sold
if their deals are still active to recoup some funds used in signing the 2 world class players in addition to the signing of 3
other top quality new players making them 5 in numbers of: a LB, a DM, an AMD, a versatile world class Winger & a world class Striker whom Arsenal should sign during the summer imho.
I total agree with you, some
other fans i real do not understand, Support the
team and stop criticizing, Arsenal players have been criticized
by other teams, players, coaches and pundits but
if we arsenal fans do these we are putting their spirit down, They real needs our support and see how happy they are when they win and they always thank the supporters.
To be honest I think players are not playing hard is the 2016 championship It's all down to cash and they no
if they have a great tournament they will be had
by other teams because there is no loyalty to clubs anymore
And there is no set number for when a ref has to pull out a yellow
if a player is being fouled
by different players from the
other team.
Because we Earn everything
by doing it the right way the original way and
if that means we are suffering because the
other teams are buying their accolades I for one represent Principles and Pride as a reflection of how i want to be and thats genuine.
Bolstering the squad with quality players is key during this window,
if I was Arsene I would take advantage of our league position and financial stability to persuade top players to join us before crazy money is thrown at them in the summer
by other teams.
