communities from toxic air pollution
by joining
Destiny and to demand that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) stop subsidizing trash - burning incinerators.
By all means let's let
communities determine their own
destinies.
Finally, the ability to influence change or
community empowerment is created
by all of the other elements of Indigenous social capital and enables Indigenous
communities to influence events and control their own
destiny.
