What bothers me more than the ridiculousness of this article in general... is the mis - use of the phrase «Darwinian»
by the religious person trying to take down sports AND Darwin at the same time.

It is really pathetic to see
religious people of all sects
try and always justify things
by quoting the bible.
The
religious among us keep
trying to chip away at the separation of church and state
by making
people recite the pledge of allegiance with the God clause, installing
religious symbols and displays on public property, holding prayer breakfasts for politicians, berating the removal of prayer in public schools,
trying to pass laws limiting women's access to birth control, and
trying to get an amendment passed outlawing abortion (since in their view God creates a soul the moment a sperm enters an egg).
By the way, you can
try that anytime of the year, you don't have to make it a
religious sacrafice to be a good
person.
The party must not
try to abolish religion
by decree; instead, it should attempt to guide
religious people and institutions so that they will «center all their will and strength on the common goal of building a modernized, powerful socialist state.»

However, if one is delusional in the first place, it stands to reason that their
religious beliefs may be skewed, misunderstood, and used
by that
person to
try to justify their delusion.
For those of you saying that atheism isn't a faith, because it is proved

try asking a
religious person if their faith is supported
by facts and evidence as well.
A
person may
try to sidestep the
religious issue
by saying, «I'm an agnostic... I just don't know what to believe.»
Any
religious person who
tries to rationalize this horrific event
by defending their god as «good and all loving» and this is all part of some plan, should be reclassified into a new species.
