You say it's a type of breadcrumb, can i just use regular breadcrumbs b / c I have plenty of those in my cupboard.

I actually just made these with a 1/2 C nutritional yeast instead of cheese, GF breadcrumbs, and next time I'd like to make them vegan by subbing the two eggs with a 1/2 C of blended silken tofu.
