As far as the baths go, I do 1 c dead sea salts, 1
c epsom salts, 1 c vinegar (raw apple cider is best, but I often use white vinegar because of cost).
Add to a bath 1/4 c Redmond Bentonite Clay, 1 - 2
c epsom salt (or Redmond Mineral Salt), and 1/2 c apple cider vinegar.

For my MTHFR, I've been using Methylguard Plus, milk thistle / yellow dock or dandelion tinctures, adenosyl / hydroxy b12, DIM,
epsom salt baths, castor oil packs, trace mineral supplementation, buffered vitamin
C, etc..
Also, get yourself a little postpartum care kit with really big menstrual pads (like, biggest you can find), soft cotton undies that you can toss if they get gross, Tucks pads and / or witch hazel «bottom spray,»
epsom salts for postpartum baths (assuming no
C - section), and n * pple cream if you're planning to nurse (and ice packs / cabbage leaves if you are not planning to nurse).
