Ireland is a land that boasts 40 shades of green, so I dressed the table with a multi-hued cloth and with
cabbage leaf plates in celebration for St. Patrick's Day.
Green and white toile bunny plates are layered on
cabbage leaf plates atop carved white chargers, and moss bunnies hopped to the table to join a centerpiece of spring blooms.

plates and place the beef on top of each.
