Postnatal aids: Have
cabbage leaves in the fridge ready to put down your bra
as they will greatly ease the postnatal sore boobs.
The same study suggested that the sulfur in the amino acids in the
cabbage leaf act
as an antibiotic and an anti-irritant, increasing blood flow to the breast and promoting healing.
You may have despised these little
cabbages as a kid, but with so many new tasty ways to prepare them, there's no reason to
