chia seed pudding is a delicious dairy - free dessert made with fiber - rich
chia seeds, creamy peanut butter and
cacao powder and is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthy way.
It perhaps wasn't the best idea as I had run out of
cacao powder, and a
chocolate chia pudding would have been wonderful!
Approx. 1.5 cups almond milk (or milk of choice), add more if you prefer a runnier smoothie 1/3 cup of walnuts, or about 20g 1/4 of an avocado 2 tablespoons
