I topped mine with
cacao nibs because I'm kind of obsessed with them right now.
But I omitted
the cacao nibs because they are a little bitter to me... which is not appealing early in the morning.
I also only used 1/3 c of
the cacao nibs because recipes for me ALWAYS have way too much chocolate chips.
then you add some coconut sugar for the light sweetness, some coconut oil and nut butter to have the batter stick together, and
some cacao nibs because what would granola bars be without a little chocolate?

I used brown rice flour, and instead of agave syrup I used honey, and instead of raw
cacao I used
cacao nibs and ground then up, I used Parnoosh dates as opposed to Medjool
because those are what we have available and I don't know if that would make a difference.

because they didn't test
cacao nibs but there were a few supplements / powders on the list that CL tested below threshold for cadmium, arsenic and lead.
