There are many Evening opportunities available (1 to 2 hours between 6 pm — 8 pm) to come in and spot clean the
cages and give the evening food & water to the cats, then more
time to play with the cats to help
socialize the shy ones and let the young ones out to play & run up and down the scratching posts.
Socialize him, and let him out of his
cage at least once a day so he can spend
time with you and get some real interaction.

socialized, your rats will like to come out of their
cage and spend
time with you.

time, personnel, or

Keeping parakeets and cockatiels as pets is fine, as long as the owners have some
time in the day or evening to
socialize with the birds and they keep at least one mirror toy in the
cages at all

The more
time they spend out of their
cages socializing, the better behaved they will be and the less likely they are to show all the negative behaviors listed above.

time out of their
cages exercising, playing, and snuggling.
