doughnut week, I totally missed out on this because even though I love
doughnuts I don't like to fry my food, hey I eat an abundance of

really can't be eating fried food as well!

doughnut purists might argue that these indulgent glazed chocolate banana
doughnuts are not in fact
really doughnuts at all, but instead a version of chocolate
cake, baked in ring - shaped
cake molds, masquerading under false pretenses.

really great
cake doughnut is a thing of beauty: tender, chewy (but never tough), with a puffy, cracked top that's slightly crunchy in spots.
I used this recipe for plain
cake doughnuts from Allrecipes and it turned out
really well.
