cake would hold up the same, I tried using almond
flour in ricotta pancakes once and it did not
work for me (they just fell apart).
Put the all - purpose

work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade and pulse a couple of times just to mix.

work full time, I have a toddler and I had just baked 2 dozen carrot
cake cupcakes with regular

Just made the
cake with olive oil instead of vegetable oil, all whole wheat SR
flour with no extra baking powder or soda (in Australia we use SR for most baking) and it
worked beautifully.
It
works wonderfully for all kinds of
cakes and muffins and I like it better than any store - bought 1 - to - 1 GF
flour I've tried!
