I've never used Greek yogurt in
cake mixture before, but will do now.

You may either stir the pecans into the
mixture before drizzling or sprinkle them over after the
cake is glazed.

cake mixtures, you'll need to take the butter out of the fridge a few hours
before you are planning to use it as it needs to be soft in order to cream it together well with the sugar.
* For kids add 2 dried pitted dates and 1tsp real vanilla to the
mixture before blending * You can freeze whats left of the nuts and use it for
cakes and cookies
Coat all fruit in a tablespoon of the flour and grated nutmeg
before adding to the processed
cake mixture to prevent it sinking to bottom.
Before serving spread top layer of
cake with cream
mixture, and top with fresh or frozen raspberries, orange slices, hazelnuts and coconut flakes.
