pans rather than 2 in the
cake photographed.
I also used an 8 ″ pie
pan and

cakes with the extra batter, I made a third layer which worked out perfectly.
I also found there to be a lot of batter and could tell it would not fit in an 8 in
pan so I used 9in and still got a
rather high
cake.
I just made this tender and delicious
cake, spreading the (
rather runny) batter between a 6 × 9 loaf
pan (45 ″), a 3 / 4 - cup 6 - cupcake
pan (30 ″), and a 4 × 2 ramekin (35 ″)-- the last one a prize for the baker.
