After whipping up the batter and
popping it in the oven

for a simple Coconut Water Cooler recipe... but that's exactly why I loved this book so much — it has a pure, natural and even simple way to eat healthier ice cream treats.

I compared the recipes and realized that while most of the ingredients are the same, the proportions of butter, PB, cream cheese and sugar are really different, plus the Buckeyes use graham crackers in the mixture as opposed to using them in the crust (
for my crust I combined leftover graham crackers / assorted stray cookies /
cake ends /
pop tarts that were in our freezer, and it was delicious!)
You want as much room
for dirt
cake filling as you can get, so cut the end off of the cone so you're left with a disc to
pop on top of the filling.

They are a great little size
for bite size cupcakes, use
for candy cups or to place
cake pops in.
All you do is add the ingredients, one by one, stirring each into one another,
pop it in the microwave and in less than 2 minutes you'll be rewarded with a lovely hot
cake and it's
for yourself.
I made this
for breakfast, and after
popping it out of the mug, I cut the
cake in half horizontally and spread some chocolate «frosting» (1/2 banana + 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder + 1/8 tsp vanilla extract + drizzle of maple syrup) on the first and second layer of the
cake.

I am going to try to make these
for my bible study group and make them into
cake pops with spice

For this version, the coriander seeds provide little
pops of flavor throughout the
cake and I don't mind their texture, but if you're not keen on the whole seeds in your
cake, add a teaspoon of ground coriander to the batter instead.
Before you starting dipping the

cake pops you will need about 55 - 4 1/2 inch (11 cm) long
cake pop sticks (known as lollipop or sucker sticks) to insert into your
cake balls.
Once dry, the
cake pops can be covered and stored, at room temperature or in the refrigerator,
for about 3 - 4 days.
Before you starting dipping the
cake balls have a large thick block of styrofoam (or florist's foam) on hand to stick the
cake pops in
for drying.
And,
for dessert, I enjoyed a couple of gluten - free
cake pops made with Nikki's Coconut Butter and pitted dates.
Refrigerate the shaped
cake pops covered in a clean, dry air tight container
for a few hours or overnight to harden.
I tried another popular
cake called the Beatty
cake which seems to
pop up when one searches
for most popular or best chocolate
cake.
For these
cake pops, I've omitted the jam or frosting in the filling that's typically found in other
cake pop recipes.

for several years and watching mug
cakes popping up in this blogoworld from the sidelines, i've recently moved back into a house complete with microwave.
Pop into a small
cake pan and bake
