calculate the calories for the entire recipe & then divide by how many cookies you make.

It would be REALLY challenging to
calculate calories for these crackers, because much of the fat and calories are transferred into the almond milk — leaving just the fiber behind in the almond pulp.
I just have a quick question when I do the formula and
calculate my calories for the day (BMR x 1.5 = 1848 calories / day) then if I do the deficit (1848 — 500 = 1348), I'm just confused if I should be eating 1848 calories per day and getting to a deficit from doing exercise so I come down to 1348 calories, or do I consume 1384 calories per day and then exercise?

calculate calories for my recipes... If you'd like to know the rough caloric value, look up 1 tablespoon coconut butter, 1.5 tablespoon chocolate and a raspberry jelly.

for recipes as zero point foods still have

calculated calorie content in a while but did a quick count just
for you One serving -LCB- meaning one stuffed pepper with 1/4 of the sauce -RCB-, equals 595
calories.
In the recipe I say that I

calories with applesauce, but that still leaves one tablespoon of Earth Balance
for the filling.
The recipes are
calculated by a registered dietitian to make sure
calorie needs are met
for growth and development without exceeding individual requirements.
