yesterday we went to see a Korean play
called Aubergine.
Occasionally there'll be a fat «Western» one that I'd
call an aubergine, just to be snooty.
I just moved to the UK, so I'm getting used to having to
call them aubergine...
In the U.K., they're
called aubergines, not eggplant.

Baigan ki sabji is a veg curry cooked using brinjal commonly known with different spellings like baingan, baigan etc... It is also
