Hi, it's dried shredded coconut, in the UK it's normally
called desiccated coconut.
I think shredded coconut in Australia is thicker than what you have pictured —
we call that desiccated coconut.
Is what you call shredded coconut the same as what
we call desiccated coconut?

called Chocolate Mounds - it's a candy bar that is basically
desiccated coconut with chocolate around it.
