so the bottom line is I've been there done that... and eating
more caloires doesn't work for me or anyone with my condition....
I don't profess to understand the intricacies of how my district figures out the calories (I do know it's averaged over a week) but it seemed to me that a kid ought to come out at less than 664
caloires if they're not taking all the food, rather than over that figure.
It's great if you're trying to avoid
excess caloires, or are meticulous about your macros, making it a good supplement choice for dieters.
I know the amount
of caloires required for puppies is different than adult dogs.
gaining fat is easy = just eat
more caloires but that fat will accumalte on your belly hiding your six pack.
Lunch comes in at 486
caloires, 20 fat, 57 carbs, 13 fiber and 25 protein.
it isnt as much
the caloires or the carbs as it is creating a health metabolic atmosphere.
