After reading other reviews on the high
calorie count of this soup, I made the following adjustments: I reduced the corn to 2 ears, used chopped green onions I had on hand (which reduced initial cooking time) and used unpeeled fingerling potatoes (4) again
because I had them on hand, again reducing cooking time.
