I have tried different macro
calculators and come up with different ratios; therefore I'm confused about my daily
calorie / macro

If you go too low with your

The truth is, there are a ton of fancy formulas and
calculators out there to determine your daily
calorie intake that take age, exercise frequency, and other factors into consideration, but I don't like to complicate things, and this formula is as simple and effective as it gets.
After plugging my stats into a
calorie calculator, I decided that I could cut my
intake to around 1500 cal / day without a ton of struggle.
The
calorie calculator said my maintenance
intake was something like 5600 and I figured if I dropped to 1500 I'd be losing like a madman, but to no avail.
Depending on which Bmr

intake should be between 1450 - 1770
calories.
