calorie range see what fits today was 1507 i think cause i'm not that big i might need be lower end but i'm also doing a atkins plan so its like half based atkins so my carbs stay 20 under but since its my own creation of it having it like 10 so far as high at the moment and keeping my self occupied to keep mind off food and depressing state
