I can make up the
calories with protein or shall I keep my
carbs high
on heavy
days and
low on rest and moderate

Personally, I tend to cycle between the
low -
carb group and the moderate -
carb group depending
on the
day of the week, so I range between 10 % to 30 % of my daily
calories from carbohydrates.
My TDEE is 1790... which means that
on low carb days, I am looking at 1340
calories, which I don't find is enough when I am doing a workout that
day.
I eat

carb,

calorie healthy foods
on my non-fasting
days, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and I
calorie count.
I eat nutritionally dense high protein
lower carb gluten free foods and eat
on average 800 to 900
calories a
day.
Peter i do landscaping & painting both very physically demanding jobs and still very
low carb only from green veggies i have lost alot of weight in 3 months from being in a ketogenic state but im also worried that not getting enough
carbs from alot of physical activity so should i up my
calories in fat or add in some more

The high FAT macro nutrient balance I've had

low carb days has kept me VERY full feeling, so i really only have 2 - 3 meals that
day and sometimes have a difficult time getting all of my
calories in for the
day (hence the I.F.).
