Calories in =
calories out does not apply to my situation when there is too much of a deficit.
I have long thought that the «black box» theory of calories in, calories out doesn't make much sense in the real world.
In the end, the idea of calories in vs. calories out doesn't really tell us anything about the exact cause of obesity.

I was hoping I had time to figure
out the
calories for my eats before I posted this, but didn't have time, but for curiousity's sake I'll run the numbers today.
If you can keep to the low carb guidelines don't sweat it
out counting
calories unless it is wildly obvious that you have a problem in that area... eating 5 steaks is problem in that area... when a single one would
do.
Take
out the extra strips of bacon if you don't want the extra fat and
calories.

Hi Angie; I was about to make the recipe but sat down to
do a
calorie count and found that the batch is a total of 2950
calories, which works
out to 369 / bar for 8 bars.I am trying to lose weight and have to deal with diabetic issues, so I need to make these a bit more user friendly.
I don't track
calories, but I
did a quick calculation on MyFitnessPal app and it came
out to 215
calories each if you make 9 muffins.
This recipe didn't need the sour cream; we left it
out to cut
calories.
I
do want to point
out though, your
calorie counter (which I suspect is an automated plugin) is WAY off.
I'm sure there are nut allergy vegans
out there and, I just don't care for the amount of
calories and sat.
So
calories are a no brainier unless you pig
out on it like I
did out of the oven.
They don't feel quite like a flour tortilla or a corn tortilla, but I thought shit — for 50
calories and 6 grams of fiber per wrap, I'd make a breakfast panini

You know... every person's take -
out dream that we like to order on those cheat days when we don't want to count our
calories.
It turns
out that cayenne pepper
does indeed have some
calorie - burning power to it, although more research is still needed to determine its effects on weight loss.
So for me to change it to
calories per pancake when every person makes them different would, in my opinion, be even more confusing than posting it per batch and letting each person
do the math depending on how many pancakes they get
out of one batch of batter.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, for now all that really matters is that from here on
out, I'll be including nutrition info in my recipes: i.e. how many
calories and how much protein, carbohydrates, and fat are in what I make (should you follow the recipe exactly as written).

I sauteed the vegetables in water and
did nt add oil to the tofu filling — still came
out great and a good way to cut some
calories.

do not count my
calories, and prefer not to know how many are in these cookies:) But I know there are a lot of webpages
out there from which you can calculate the ammount from
I don't count either my
calories or nutritients for personal reasons:) I
do however know there are some ecxellent pages
out there where you can count just about everything.
Just to point
out that this made 2 smoothies, making it under 150
calories per serving and even less if you
do not add the optional coconut flakes.
And after
doing the conversion, however delicious, they came
out to 153.4
calories per cookie and 10 grams of fat.
I
do choose to use reduced - fat versions of the ingredients, the dip turns
out just the same and the fat and
calorie content is reduced a bit.
I don't have a lot of experience with zero
calorie sweeteners, but I would say probably not as it is, because the honey adds a lot of bulk, leaving it
out would change the texture.

It isn't economical not to mention the fact eating
out is loaded with
calories and «undoes» all the good I have
done all week.

They don't have a high need for
calories, so there shouldn't be a desperate urge to figure everything
out right away.»
She also needs to gain weight, so it doesn't make sense to me to cut
out the extra (and much - needed)
calories - plus she still refuses to drink anything else besides water.
