So as you put that pastured butter in the pan before frying
up a

calorie intake is about 1500 - 1700 per day (Ocassionaly bumps

So
to bump it
up I went
to a personal trainer who placed me on his body building diet, although in the last
couple of months it has changed here and there it is under 1100
calories, appox 50 % protein, 25 % fat and 25 % carbs.
All a diet break means is you increase your
calories up to maintenance levels for a
couple of weeks.
Thomas, I usually use a fat fast for the first
couple of days then I switch
to a
calorie free fast after my body has used
up most of the sugar in my body and liver.
You had great progress at 1550, so I'd back
up to there and hold for a
couple of weeks and then start systematically cutting 50 - 100
calories every
couple of weeks until progress picks back
up.
And when the scale tips
up by more than a pound I cut back only a
couple hundred
calories a day until the scale goes back down
to my new normal weight (135 pounds).
