I found the guava paste did not melt down to good and so the first batch or two didn't come out too pretty looking... so I rolled and squished the paste into a ball and that batch
came out of the oven looking much prettier.
Its worth placing the dough in the freezer,
they came out of the oven looking perfect.

looking for a gorgeously brown, thin, crisp crust that «sings» when it

oven and shatters under the knife on the cutting board.

Just a glug

oven, and the vegetables
come out crispy, flavourful and beautiful to
look at.
I like to add a couple chocolate chips on top right after they

looking rather cake - like and not fudgy at all, but was hoping the chilling time would change the texture.
It ruins any flour pattern but the bread still
looks fabulous when it
comes out of the
oven.
I love this recipe because the cake
looks so good when it
