Improvement Coordinator for the Oneida County Health Department, the iPADs with integrated
cameras make it possible to complete an inspection
report while in the field by permitting digital photographs to be taken and floor - plan sketches to be created and uploaded in the field; allow supervisors to view violations in real time and make recommendations for additional inspection areas or sampling; and improve communications between supervisors and field staff.
The 7.3.1 update mostly focuses on
improvements to the Paranoid
Camera app, which was launched in the last update and PA's announcement post notes that pretty much all user -
reported bugs have been fixed in this update.
The
report also confirms some previously rumored
reports, suggesting that the iPads will boast a faster A8 processor under the hood,
improvements to the
cameras, and Touch ID.
All these
improvements seem to have paid dividends for Samsung, as the initial
reports of the
camera are strong.
The
camera in the S8 apparently won't see any major
improvements to its hardware, but Blass
reports that software will let the
camera do image recognition to help you with searches.
Likelihood: The
camera improvements seem particularly certain; we're not sure what to think about the conflicting battery
reports.
