It's made from organic
cane sugar and organic tapioca starch,
so it's a little better than regular powdered sugar.
You'll want to work relatively quickly
so the chocolate doesn't fully harden before you sprinkle the candy
canes.
And store bought is usually to high in salt and uses
cane sugar,
