This recipe is perfect for those who are vegan, sensitive to eggs, soy or
canola oil (which is what the
mayonnaise alternatives are made with).
Ever since I stopped eating store bought
mayonnaise because it's full of
canola oil and / or soybean
oil and I got tired of many, many, many failed attempts at a homemade paleo mayo that actually tastes good (well good enough for my beloved Ranch seasoning).

canola and soybean

canola oil in a thin stream, constantly beating them with a whip until they are incorporated and the
mayonnaise is thick.
We make all of our own salad dressings from scratch using

mayonnaise, or try
mayonnaise made from olive or
canola oil.
When I set out to find a
mayonnaise without soy products or
canola oil, I quickly became very discouraged.
Make your own healthy
mayonnaise or spend a little more to buy a healthy version without
canola (rapeseed)
oil or soy
oil.
